STORM & PIPPA ANIMAL WELFARE is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing, feeding, and caring for stray animals in Metro Manila. We rely solely on the kindness of donors to help us fund veterinary care, food, shelter, and emergency aid for cats and dogs who have no one else.
Our story began with two very special souls: Storm, a brave and joyful Mame Shiba who tragically passed away from parvovirus, and Pippa, a gentle and loving Shih Tzu who succumbed to complications from jaundice. Though their time with us was short, their impact was profound. They filled our lives with unconditional love—and we knew they would have wanted to share that love with others.
In their memory, we created this organization to give back. Storm was a little explorer, always excited to greet strangers with tail wags and energy. Pippa, on the other hand, was a quiet nurturer—she loved nothing more than curling up beside someone who needed comfort. Together, they represent the heart of our mission: joy, compassion, and the belief that every animal deserves a second chance.
Storm and Pippa may no longer walk beside us, but their legacy lives on through every rescued life, every full stomach, and every healed wound. This is our tribute to them—and our promise to the countless other animals still waiting for help.
